We use the Goldmine Standard for grading. Each record is meticulously inspected and rated from Poor to Mint to ensure you receive the quality you expect.
What shipping methods do you use?
We use specialized, reinforced cardboard mailers to ensure your vinyl arrives safely. All orders are shipped via tracked courier services with standard and express options available.
Can I return a record if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. If the item does not match the description or is faulty, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.
Do you buy second-hand vinyl collections?
Absolutely. We are always looking for high-quality used collections. Please contact us via our 'Sell Your Records' page to arrange an appraisal.
Are all your records cleaned before sale?
Every pre-loved record is professionally cleaned using a high-end ultrasonic or vacuum cleaning system and placed in a new anti-static inner sleeve.
