Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue, including photos if the item arrived damaged.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the item in its original mailer to prevent further damage and send it back to us using a tracked shipping service.
Refund or Replacement
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out a replacement copy at no extra cost.
