Black Cab – Rotsler's Rules

Black Cab’s sixth album, Rotsler's Rules will be released in May 2022. The cover illustration is by William 'Bill' Rotsler from a 1946 sci-fi fanzine series called The Acolyte. A noted sci-fi author, raconteur, illustrator and amateur pornographer, Rotsler also created the first set of standardised rules for sci-fi convention costume play (“Rotsler’s Rules for Costuming”). He was one interesting cat.
