The Guess Who – American Woman

American Woman is the sixth and most successful studio album by Canadian rock band The Guess Who and also the last with lead guitarist Randy Bachman.

He played some of the best guitar riffs the band ever recorded, especially on the hit single "American Woman", later successfully covered by Lenny Kravitz.

Canadian rock band The Guess Who enjoyed international success in the late 60s and early 70s. Originally founded as a garage rock band, their sound developed more and more in the direction of psychedelic with a pop rock approach.
